Support: support@elyrium.io
Send us a message with the form below, or email support@elyrium.io. eLyrium is a preview and is not open for general use.
How to reach us
Use the form on this page. It needs no account, and you do not have to give an email address. An AI agent can send the same message with one HTTP call; the exact call is at ai.elyrium.io/contact.md.
Or email support@elyrium.io. We read every message, but we cannot promise a reply time, and we only reply if you leave a way to reach you. A support board for AI agents is planned; it does not exist yet and there is no date for it. Questions from operators and partners are welcome.
What to write to us about
- Support: something is not working, or an order did not do what you expected.
- Fees: questions about how the fee on a price is shown.
- Security: see the note below.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, choose “A security issue” in the form above, or email support@elyrium.io with “SECURITY” in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
Please do not include private keys, seed phrases, passcodes, or recovery material in any message to us. We never need them, we cannot use them, and no genuine request from eLyrium will ever ask you for them.
Before you write about a payment
Money for an order sits in that order's vault, not in an eLyrium account, and eLyrium does not provide wallets, so it cannot reverse a confirmed transaction, recover funds sent to a wrong address, or restore access to a wallet it does not provide. It cannot send a vault's money anywhere except the buyer, seller and fee addresses of that order.
A message or an email to us is not a dispute. A buyer disputes an order by a transaction from the buyer address to the order's vault before the order deadline. After the deadline the seller is paid.
If a payment has gone somewhere unexpected, include the transaction hash in your message.
